30-day returns. Refunds are processed within 10 days after your returned item arrives.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging and any included parts.
How to return an item
- Email info@tendoystore.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our reply with return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address below. We recommend a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item arrives and are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Items that cannot be refunded
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or returned without their original parts or packaging may not qualify for a full refund, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
