Accepted payment methods

We accept credit and debit card payments, processed securely by our payment provider, Airwallex. The payment options available for your order are always shown at checkout and may change over time.

Authorization and confirmation

When you place an order, you authorise our payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Shipping within the United States is free. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment security

Card payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our website. Never send card details to us by email.

Currency and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may apply its own fees under its terms.

Declined or duplicate payments

If a payment is declined, please check your details or contact your bank. If you think you were charged twice, email us before trying again and we will help check your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item arrives and go back to your original payment method. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
