Free shipping across the United States. We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Where we ship

Tendoy Store ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, and orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be placed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Carrier transit usually takes 3-5 business days, so the estimated total delivery time is about 5-8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, high order volumes and carrier delays can add time.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, we will email it to the address used at checkout. Tracking can take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed or has shipped.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your order seems delayed or lost, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and details. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you and the carrier on a resolution. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more.
